Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using carcoinmarket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any third parties interacting with the CarCoinMarket platform or API. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding crypto exchange activity.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use carcoinmarket for money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations in your country.

Automated access via bots or scrapers is prohibited without a signed API agreement. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal referral.

Intellectual Property

All platform code, interface designs, trademarks, and content published on carcoinmarket are the exclusive intellectual property of CarCoinMarket Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

CarCoinMarket provides trading infrastructure on an as-is basis. We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network congestion, smart contract execution, or force majeure events.

Your maximum recoverable claim against CarCoinMarket in any calendar year is limited to the total platform fees you paid during that same 12-month period.

Third-Party Services

CarCoinMarket integrates with third-party liquidity providers, auditors, and blockchain networks. We do not control these services and accept no liability for their performance or availability.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials and private keys. CarCoinMarket operates a non-custodial model — we cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting info@carcoinmarket.io. On-chain transaction records cannot be deleted, as they exist on public blockchain ledgers.

Changes to These Terms

CarCoinMarket may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to carcoinmarket. Continued use of the platform after posting constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
